Permitted Use
fitcheck is for personal virtual try-on previews. You may use it with photos and product pages that you have the right to submit.
Photo Consent
You must not upload a photo of another person unless you have their permission. Do not use fitcheck to impersonate, harass, shame, or mislead anyone.
Generated Results
Generated images and saved fit checks are AI-created previews and may be inaccurate. Check fit, sizing, materials, returns, pricing, availability, and product details on the original merchant site before buying.
Product Pages
fitcheck fetches submitted product URLs to identify page content. Do not submit private, internal, credentialed, or non-product URLs.
Accounts and Billing
Paid access, saved fit checks, checkout, and billing portal access are tied to the signed-in account or active signed session. fitcheck may use Stripe to process checkout, manage billing, and sync entitlement status.
Availability
fitcheck may limit, pause, or reject requests to protect safety, cost, availability, or abuse controls.
